Stolen Oxblood

Ok, so I didn’t really steal this jacket, it’s my husband’s, but isn’t it awesome!? I know it’s too big, but I ended up wearing it most of the day b/c things got real windy here in Kansas!

This outfit was not planned, but sometimes those end up being my favorite! I had an outfit ready with a skirt and flowy top, but when I woke up, all I could think about was being cozy and wearing jeans. This is the outfit that resulted.

How are you styling Oxblood this season?

Outfit details: Leather Oxblood Jacket: thrifted by my husband!, Mullet Sweater Shirt: TJ, Belt: thrifted, Black Skinnies: Express (like 7 years ago), Wedge Booties: Payless last season, and Earrings: a sweet Haitian vendor when I lived in Haiti.

I love this look! Your hair is so cute and flirty in an updo! How did you do it?

The wedge boots and oxblood jacket are a so-chic-combo :-)

Thanks girl! The key to this hairdo is…not washing. Haha. I just slept on my day-before curls then did a low messy bun and pulled a few pieces forward.

Thanks, Jordan! Lately I’ve been eyeing his side of the closet more and more. It’s fun to find ways to incorperate menswear yet make it fem!

Sometimes my favorite outfits are the unplanned ones, too. I would wear almost every single thing you are! So… mail me those shoes, at least? (:
